The Muscatine County Joint Communications Center (MUSCOM) is taking applications
to create an eligibility list for the position of Public Safety Dispatcher. Job
duties include, but are not limited to: answering emergency and non-emergency
phone calls and processing requests for assistance for law enforcement, fire and
