PURPOSE OF THE CLASSIFICATION:
Responsible for routine repetitive work in the operation of a telephone
switchboard and performs related work as required.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
Operates telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward call and
provide information as necessary and required.
Gives non-technical information regarding the work of departments and
concerning the location
