KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wash utensils and machinery; using hot or cold water as required.
Operate machinery as needed.
Knowledge of chemical dilutions and concentration.
Follow PPE procedures.
Knowledge of washing procedures by zones.
Knowledge of color coding procedures.
Quality Control in the area.

Key responsibilities:
Schedule and manages a crew of sanitation personnel to ensure compliance all
company, regulatory, and customer quality standards, sanitation standards, food
safety standards, employee safety and environmental standards. Audit and
corrects for any sanitation nonconformance on the production floor as well as
the facility. Fulfillment of documentation to comply with audit regulations on a
