Job Summary:
Under general supervision, reviews residential plan submittals, inspect new and
existing buildings and structures to enforce compliance with adopted building
and trade codes, approved specifications and standards, City ordinances and
zoning codes. Performs enforcement duties related to unlicensed or unpermitted
contractors. Assists with the Code Enforcement related to public nuisance
issues.
