Position Summary:
As a member of the Big Cedar Golf Leadership Team the Head Golf Professional has
the responsibility for the overall management of the golf operation while
working cooperatively with other departments.

Perform installations, maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and
devices. Operate, maintain, and repair pools and related equipment in order to
keep clear and chemically balanced. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
on equipment and facilities throughout properties.
Essential Functions:
Install, maintain, and repair pumps, salt generators, cell, sand filters,
skimmers and baskets.

Summary: Wash and clean all cookware (pots and pans), dishes, utensils and
kitchen areas in accordance with Big Cedar standards. Prep work for culinary
department such as but not limited to peeling, dicing, chopping, assembly
finished product.
