DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect
deviations from normal and record the information in the Electronic Health
Record.
Document physical assessment of consumers.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Observe safety and security
This is responsible, professional work providing individual therapy to children
and adolescents with serious mental illnesses in a school setting. This
position will be assigned to one or more counties and will carry a caseload.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Respond to referrals for students in need of services, coordinating with the
gatekeeper at the assigned schools and the families of the students.
Conduct initial intake interviews
This is a full-time position that prepares meals for consumers in residential
and acute care settings.

Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared
according to the menu.
Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
