SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: The Director of Human Resources is directly responsible
for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human
Resources function. He/She will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the
policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring
legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent
strategy.
Position Scope:
Under general direction from the Human Resources Supervisor or their designee,
will be responsible for organizing, facilitating, and delivering training
programs for respite program staff.
Essential Duties:
Plan, organize, and effectively conduct onboarding, orientation and employee
training on various skill, policy, and compliance areas (e.g. Sexual Harassment,
Safety, etc.).
