Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs manual labor to maintain and make repairs to
public right-of ways and properties. In addition to using manual hand tools,
may be required to operate some equipment and small machinery.

Position Summary:
The purpose of the FE1 position is to learn and demonstrate proficiency in
servicing equipment with basic troubleshooting skills while applying customer
satisfaction skills and demonstrating satisfactory work habits. This is
achieved through attending Manufacturers basic training classes along with
mentoring provided by both the Specialist and senior Service Technicians.
