As CSR Lead, you will lead the team that is the face of our hospital. Your team will be first the first face they see when they arrive, and the last person they see when they are leaving. You should be comfortable with multiple phone lines, email, faxes, invoicing and assisting with call backs, questions, and general knowledge. Additionally, you should be a compassionate, dynamic leader with a passion for mentoring and professional development.
Main Responsibilities:
- All traditional CSR duties
- Coaching and mentoring
- Provide timely feedback
- Work with Hospital Administrator to handle escalation and client issues
- Team scheduling
- Updating processes and efficiencies
What you'll need:

This is a full time position. Compensation is $22/hr+, depending on experience. Full time employees are eligible for paid time off, benefits and more!
