Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Acrobat Adobe - ?Adobe Experience Manager ? Forms? skills
  • Sales Force experience
  • Oracle platform experience, preferred
  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Section 255 of the Communications Act
  • Enjoys detailed analysis
  • Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience. Advanced Excel skills ? at a minimum, the ability to create pivot tables, join Excel files. Word Developer skills. Outlook skills. SharePoint skills. Acrobat Adobe and ?Adobe Experience Manager ? Forms? experience/expertise to create Adobe fillable forms. Sales Force - experience with creating reports. Oracle platform experience to work in ARIS (ARIS-AIMS and REE-AIMS).
Duties:

The primary function of the Enrollee is to assist the Grants and Agreements Management Branch policy staff with the daily routine activities of the policy staff. NOTE: This position has the option to work remote.

  • Intranet (Axon) content manager. Will coordinate updates identified by the policy staff ? documents, links, performance issues for users ? and enhance page designs within USDA restrictions. Will be required to track updates on a Teams file. ARS agreements website duties include reviewing the site to ensure links are active, Point of Contacts are up to date, and assist with making resource documents 508 compliant.   20%
  • Create and update agreements templates in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat PDF. Skills with formatting/programming Excel files, using Word Developer and ?Adobe Experience Manager ? Forms? will be utilized. Review templates and forms for submission to the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) Coordinator for OMB approvals.   20%
  • Work in the AIMS subsystem of ARIS (Oracle system). Responsibilities will include updating AIMS Recipient Records, AIMS Delegation of Authority Table, and testing system changes in development. Updates will require reviewing various reports, preparing excel files from systems (such as the AFM Customer Service Portal, a Sales Force system), searching for data on external websites, and directly working with or receiving information from policy staff.   20%
  • Review a variety of routine reports GAMB receives for further actions to be taken (such as generating lists or updating lists) and creating new reports when required. Assisting with data calls in the generation, review or completion of lists/reports. Such actions, include but are not limited to the Department, ARS-ERS-NASS leadership, OMB, OIG, and so forth. Accessing various systems or websites outside of USDA to accomplish daily tasks is normal.   20%
  • Other related duties as assigned such as reviewing ISDC Lead Agency Coordination Requests and comparing against AIMS recipient records; reviewing PowerPoint presentations and extracting & collecting information for further GAMB policy use; taking/finalizing meeting minutes; maintaining email distribution lists; reviewing, updating & sorting spreadsheets, creating pivot tables; electronic filing of official agreement information.   20%
