Service Coordinator, Bilingual - Montreal, Quebec

Plan Group is currently looking for a Service Coordinator, Bilingual for the service department, day shift 40h week. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of priorities and be very versatile.

* English and French resume required *

As a Service Coordinator, Bilingual, you will:

• Provide support to the service team/national projects
• Prepare service agreements (drafting and layout)
• Follow up files (customers/suppliers)
• Respond to customer requests (computerized system, e-mail, telephone)
• Assign requests to technical team.
• Provide customer feedback
• Prepare invoices
• All other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Autonomy
• Sense of priorities
• Bilingualism (spoken and written)
• Proficient with Office suite

Will be considered an asset:

• Experience in customer service and office automation
• DEP/technical diploma in office automation, administration or related field
• Experience in structured cabling network or related field

• Daytime schedule from 8h@16h30
