Eye Clinic Call Center

Eye Clinic Call Center – Answer phone calls, assist with scheduling appointments, assist     in collection of payments and balance inquiries.  Must be detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and able to provide excellent customer service.  Maintain and update patient charts, coordinate referrals and prior authorizations.  Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plans.  Must have effective communication skills, both verbal/written, and computer literate.  Minimum two years of experience preferred but will train the right candidate.  HS Diploma or GED required.
