ICA is one of the largest and most diverse manufacturers of specialty wire harnesses, cable assemblies and electromechanical assemblies in the U.S. Our strategic network of facilities in the US and Mexico provides the diversified manufacturing capacity to meet the high-mix, low- and high-volume cable assembly needs of customers in dozens of end markets. THE JOB

Location: Whitsett, NC

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Model and reinforce the company's culture, mission, vision, and core values
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's strategic plan, goals, and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization
  • Build strong relationships and lead through influence with leaders of teams across the organization
  • Bring teams together to foster collaboration, improve decision-making, and maximize opportunities

Controller

  • Manage the monthly accounting close process and produce the consolidated financial results for the business unit whilst supporting corporate financial reporting requirements.
  • Analyze the Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet for the manufacturing sites whilst facilitating the factory management teams in meeting their financial goals.
  • Ensure the integrity of the Company's global inventory and analyze the related cost of goods sold in accordance with US-GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators and support decision making to reduce costs and improve profitability.
  • Forecasting and budgeting of direct material, labor and overhead costs.
  • Provide leadership and direct all aspects of accounting operations, oversee all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and all other financial reporting
  • Oversees internal and external audits

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, Required
  • CPA Certification, Preferred
  • MBA, Preferred
  • Minimum 5-10 years of Accounting/Finance Experience
  • 3+ Years of Leadership Experience, Preferred
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in global business is required, preferably in Mexico
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning systems is required
  • Willing to travel up to 25% both Domestic and International
