This position requires professional grooming experience and a desire to grow in your role. With our competitive commission rate of 60%, you can expect to earn $30 to $60+/hour based on your skills and dedication. Reliability, timeliness and a natural ability to build connections with our clients are what we're looking for most. Our grooming area thrives when someone takes an active role in shaping their schedule and keeping the momentum going. But don't worry—you're not in it alone! Groomer Responsibilities:
- Get to know our clients and their furry friends' individual needs, making sure they feel welcome and well cared for.
- Love animals and be all about their happiness, safety and health.
- Help out with scheduling grooming appointments, whether it's a quick call or a friendly chat in person.
- Keep every pet safe and comfortable during their grooming session.
- Show off your grooming skills, whether it's a bath and tidy, quick nail trim or a full-on pampering session.
- Educate pet owners on the benefits of grooming and how it contributes to their pet's overall well-being.
- Pitch in with creative ideas to care for the pets you see—you're the expert on what our clients and their pets love, so your input is key!
