Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

  • Leadership and Initiative: Take ownership of your sales territory, propose new ideas for improvement, and lead by example in promoting a positive sales culture.

Additional Position Qualifications:

  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
