Property Manager

Position Summary:

An experienced Property Manager is needed to join a collaborative team of highly capable professionals who support a private client. A background in project management for residential construction or finish carpentry is highly valued. This is a newly created full-time position that reports to the Senior Property Manager.

 

Your role is to help ensure the two residential properties are beautifully maintained. You must have a keen eye for detail, experience overseeing sub-contractors and vendors, and demonstrate the ability to uphold high standards.

 

Responsibilities:  

• Conduct a daily walkthrough of the property and residence and report back to the team.
• Ensure repairs, building maintenance, and landscaping work performed by vendors and contractors is completed according to the principals' wishes and elevated standards.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance with the team.
• Regularly inspect all systems and ensure they are in proper working order.
• Ensure the residence is secure.
• Keep vehicles fully serviced and properly stored.
• Assist as needed with driving and errands.
• Prepare the residence for family and guest visits. Be available during those visits to attend to their requests.
• Administrative duties: manage calendars, sort mail, correspond in a timely manner with other team members.

 

Qualifications:

• A strong background in project management or finish carpentry is required.
• Private residence management expertise
• Highly organized
• Technical construction expertise
• Strong communication and collaboration
• Military experience is considered a plus
• Professional demeanor
• Strong hands-on work ethic

 

Schedule: Generally, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexibility for occasional extended hours.

 

Compensation: $58-68/hour with an annual discretionary bonus and benefits that include a healthcare stipend, PTO, and paid holidays). If you are called in after-hours, you will be compensated at a generous overtime rate.
