Corporate Director of Sales

The Corporate Director of Sales will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and fostering business growth for our organization. Providing comprehensive oversight of strategic planning and business development functions and overseeing the Regional Directors of Sales and Directors of Business Development. In this role you will be at the forefront of driving initiatives that strategically position the company for long-term success. 

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support as needed and directed for corporate related sales functions included but not limited to supporting the Director of Community Relations onboarding and coaching programs, company wide sales initiatives and sales related project management.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance objectives working in collaboration with Operations to establish a consistent reporting and accountability (KPIs).
  • Ability to utilize combined industry benchmarking information with a strong analytical capability to identify market trends and test alternative approaches that yield results.
  • Oversee the strategy and business development functions.
  • Manage the assessment and development of new services and/or programs which will increase customer focus, better respond to community, physician and customer needs.
  • Optimize existing CRM-platform capabilities and development opportunities to help revenue generation.
  • Provide support with managing and driving paid referral partners customer reviews.
  • Support the facilitation of key strategic development initiatives.
  • Assists team on an as needed basis supporting the facilitation of sales related training programs.
  • Ensure awareness of open positions and start dates.
  • Communicate and support the Director of Sales onboarding progress in conjunction with the Regional Director of Sales and Executive Director.
  • Monitor compliance and communications related to new DCR completion of the onboarding process.
  • Supports the Vice-President of Sales in setting, tracking, and accomplishing sales goals in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates effective telephone, scheduling, and administrative skills.
  • Actively participates as a member of the team and committed to working toward team goals.
  • Contributes to the overall engagement programs and processes (customer and team member engagement)
  • Attends regular meetings as directed by the Vice President.
  • Maintains compliance in assigned required training as applicable to this role to ensure that the company standards are always met.
  • Responsible for overseeing all sales training and developing content, processes, and procedures that align with the overall organization's strategy and performance objectives.
  • Identify, facilitate, and implement best practices.
  • Assist VP of Sales with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures as required.
  • Build an effective approach to overall sales talent measurements and opportunities including the talent and succession planning.
  • In conjunction with VP of Sales, provide oversight of Regional Directors of Sales and Directors of Business Development.
  • All other duties as assigned by VP of Sales or COO.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the assisted living or related healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
