Manufacturing Associate - 3rd Shift

The successful candidate will report to the Machining Supervisor and perform tumbling, heat treat, and saw cut duties within the secondary operations environment.

Shift Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

$17.00 - $18.00/Hr. 

The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to work out of its brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Mesa. 

The key responsibilities of this Manufacturing Associate include, but are not limited to:

  • Deburrs and cleans machined components
  • Performs heat treating for machined components
  • Perform saw cut operations including lifting raw bar stock and removing burs
  • Follows "in-process" quality inspections and works with team members to ensure total quality 
  • Actively participates and advocates for Lean and 5S culture
  • Supports preventative maintenance of equipment and reports machine issues to production supervisor

  • Strict time management with self and other employees to support a productive work environment
  • Able to communicate with and collaborate with team members
  • Able to work on a busy manufacturing floor
  • Able to multitask efficiently with simple procedures
  • Be familiar with layouts/blueprints/schematics
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environment preferred
  • Possesses mechanical aptitude
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance from another team member
