Litigation Support Case Manager

UB Greensfelder LLP has an opening for a full-time Litigation Support Case Manager in the Litigation Support Department to work out of our Chicago, Cleveland or St. Louis office locations. This is a hybrid/remote eligible position. UBG has a robust litigation support department that works as integral members of the legal team to help resolve eDiscovery issues and make document review and production run smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide technical support to the litigation case teams and serve as main contact with legal teams.
  • Provide status reports to legal teams as requested.
  • Assists attorneys and paralegals in planning discovery projects.
  • Aids with data collection and administering Relativity Analytics to aid in document review.
  • Builds and maintains litigation databases.
  • Creates document productions.
  • Assist case teams in preparation of documents for presentation at depositions, hearings and trials.
  • Working with vendors and others as needed.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

  • Experience administering Relativity and Relativity Analytics strongly preferred. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in a litigation environment with a minimum of one year managing electronic discovery projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and/or Microsoft Excel or similar programs very important. 
  • A desire to continue learning as technology changes rapidly and a team oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
