Maron Marvel has an immediate opening for an electronic file clerk to join its growing Dallas office. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with a strong ability to multi-task and be well organized in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize electronic case files using the firm's document management system.
  • Maintain and organize physical case files.
  • Create new files as needed.
  • Upload digital files and data.
  • Archive files as needed.
  • Complete all copy/print/scan requests from lawyers and staff including using various types of binding methods, collation, tabbing, etc.
  • Perform quality review of each project upon completion.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Electronic filing and document management system experience preferred.
  • Law firm experienced preferred.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
