MTS is excited to announce we are looking for quality Diesel and trailer mechanics for first shift at our Michigan City, IN facility!

Job Type: Full-time - All Shifts

Required experience:

• Mechanic: 1 year
• Diesel Mechanic: 1 year

The right diesel mechanic will have the following:

• ASE certified or equivalent experience
• Some experience as a Diesel Mechanic repairing trucks and trailers
• Be able to diagnose, repair and perform general maintenance
• Experience working with Detroit & Cummins Engines
• Be able to perform general maintenance on our recent model fleet of Volvo and Freightliner tractors
• Be able to perform general maintenance on our recent model fleet of trailers
• Trailer repairs, services, washes, yard check, shop clean-up, etc.
• Light computer work also requested
• Must have your own basic tools
• Good driving record necessary
• Pay based on experience
