APO MDTF: Army Space Specialist

TecMaster’s Inc Requires a SENIOR SPACE SPECIALIST, ACM MDTF Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Space to the Army Capability Manager (ACM) Multi-Domain Task Force (MDTF), within the Fires Capability Development & Integration Directorate (CDID) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. 

The Sr. Space Specialist SME shall:

Have a minimum of 10 years cumulative operational experience in Space Operations.

Have two years’ experience in the development, review and staffing of Space related doctrine, documents and publications.

Shall possess a master’s degree with 10 years of specialized experience or bachelor’s degree with 12 years of specialized experience. Specialized experience is defined as working in the Space Operations community supporting command and control of systems or other functions within the Space community of practice and/or Space related activities with Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System (JCIDS) experience. Individual must have specialized experience in integrating Space Operations into the military decision-making process; synchronize, optimize and de-conflict the use of space resources with the Commander's staff and across the Warfighting Functions; have participated in the development of commander Space Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield function, produced a Space Estimate and/or the Space Annex for Operations Orders

Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate conceptual ideas in writing and orally articulate thoughts to support the development of Army and MDTF concepts, doctrine and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). Demonstrate knowledge in currently fielded systems.

The Sr. Space Specialist SME will:

Provide Space expertise to ACM MDTF for collective MDTF MDO models, within Army Concept Framework and Operating Concept for the Joint Force to inform and guide capability solution design to suit full spectrum operations, major exercises and experiments, capability fielding, and capability evolution. 

Independently plan, analyze, detail, and collaborate utilizing sound professional judgement and enduring enterprise relationships to design strategy and approach to achieve MDTF capability objectives, compliance, and policies. 

Prepare and present executive briefings, products, and reporting that detail the MDTF capability for intent and status, assets, and programs, and which drive Army Senior Leader decisions. 

Advise ACM on issues or friction points that arise and shall provide, or champion detailed recommendations through Integrated Capabilities Development Team(s) (ICDT) meetings processes and decision points.  Shall collaborate across GCC, FCC, Service Commands, AFC, TRADOC, FORSCOM, AMC, SMDC, CCOE, ICOE, FCOE, SCOE, SOCOE for action items. 

Possess a TOP SECRET/SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION security clearance.

Demonstrate familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
