Human Resources Intern

General Description:
We are looking for an aspiring Human Resources professional to be our Human Resources Intern. In this position, you learn the ins-and-outs of the Human Resources department. While learning and gaining human resources experience is your primary concern in this role, you also perform a variety of administrative duties. Our ideal applicant is currently completing a degree in Human Resources. While you do not need Human Resources experience, having a background as a receptionist or in an administrative role is helpful.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete various Human Resource administrative duties as needed
- Post job openings on job boards
- Assist with scheduling interviews
- Assist with temporary agency activities
- Assist with onboarding of temporary employees
- Assist with maintaining COVID related testing, protocol and communication
- Assist employees with general Human Resources related questions
Requirements and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in human resources
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel and personal health information
- Reception or administrative experience a plus
Hours and Duration of Internship
- Part-Time role that can be flexible with class schedule
- Intern position will be an on-site internship in the Amphenol FSI - Allen, Texas location
- Duration: 2-4 months
