Maintenance Instrumentation Journeyman

Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Instrumentation Journeyman for maintenance run in Rainbow Lake, AB with our Airdrie branch. This is a camp position that offers a 14/14 shift, non-modified, fly in/fly out with flights provided from Edmonton.  3 hours OT daily, day 10-11 will be all OT.

Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil and gas maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time, long-term maintenance projects with well-established and reputable clients.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Instrumentation certificate, with Red Seal
• Must have previous troubleshooting, calibration, valve rebuilding and general instrumentation maintenance experience working within Industrial Oil & Gas facilities
• At least 2 years of instrumentation experience on Industrial maintenance projects
• Candidates must have valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive & Fall Protection, Standard First Aid – Level A or C with CPR/AED, and CSTS 2020 Fundamentals certificates
• Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean driving record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills is required
• Able to independently manage ones own time and workload
• Must have general computer skills and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, & Adobe
