Job Summary: The Staffing Manager's role is to maintain and exceed the volume of cases that come in and that their staff's goals are met. It is their duty to analyze data, forecast needs of the program, collaborate with internal departments to achieve their objectives, and to increase the volume of referrals to the program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Early Intervention (EI) and Committee for Pre-School Education (CPSE) preferred.
  • Overseeing staff and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Conduct report analysis and planning for providers' areas.
  • Interact and engage with other departments to ensure goals are met.
  • Using databases and applications to enter data and run reports.
  • Meet with the staff to provide ongoing feedback and ensure that goals are on track.
  • Monitor and keep track of provider's caseload in collaboration with Provider Relations team.
  • Participate in provider meetings and always keep provider engagement in check with the Staffing team.
  • Prepare agenda and dashboards for reporting.
  • Clearly relay any issues and possible solutions of departmental deficiency that need to be addressed.
  • Responsible for outreaching and targeting areas of high need.
  • Responsible for planning and arranging visits to community settings/referral sources.
  • Build relationships with referral sources local to our varying service locations.
  • Conducting phone calls and sending materials on a regular basis.
  • Conducting presentations, workshops, attending community meetings, and attending health fairs as they arise
  • Monitoring the site visits and tracking of referrals
  • Must be organized and able to multitask.
  • Must be highly motivated even under pressure.
  • Respond to inquiries for services through website submissions, phone calls/voicemails
  • Identify, organize and attend community events.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge on NYC zip codes/areas a plus
  • Excellent computer skills are required as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience in management and supervisory position preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred

Physical Requirements:   

  • Must be able to travel to and from assigned work events including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
  • Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events.
  • Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work weighing up to 20 pounds such as files or copy paper.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.
  • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • Compensation: Full-time salary, exempt, $70,000-75,000
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm Must Be Willing To Work Overtime As Needed. This position is in office.
