Administrative Imaging Contracts Specialist

Looking for a role where you can put your data collection and invoicing skills to the test? Look no further than the Imaging Contracts Specialist position with Loffler Companies! As an Imaging Contracts Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate invoicing of all Loffler service contracts by entering and collecting data. This will include setting up new maintenance agreements in EA, collecting meter reads, processing rate increases, and invoicing customers based on the system bill dates. You'll be an essential part of our team, working closely with customers and sales reps to research and follow up on billing questions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in "other related duties as assigned":

  • Sets up new and update existing maintenance agreements in EA.
  • Collects (via phone, e-mail, fax and/or Automated Meter Request) and enters meter reads.
  • Processes rate increases.
  • Invoice customers timely based on the system bill dates by actively working billing queue.
  • Research and follow up on billing questions from both customers and sales reps.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with keeping the leasing accounts current and accurate.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of two days in office.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Team player.
  • Basic computer skills.

         

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED.
