Job Title: Executive Search Coordinator for Mahler Private Staffing

Objective:
We are seeking an Executive Search Coordinator to support the Vice President – Western US and two Senior Executive Search professionals. This role provides an opportunity to develop recruiting skills and advance into a recruiter position, offering exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong critical thinking abilities, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and strategic support, including managing correspondence, client documents, and scheduling.
• Screen candidates, evaluate resumes, and assist with candidate selection.
• Coordinate interviews, manage the ATS, and support full-cycle recruitment.
• Assist with marketing efforts, such as job ads and LinkedIn content.
• Contribute to strategic recruitment projects and office operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of administrative/business experience.
• Strong interest in recruitment and executive search.
• Excellent judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and willing to learn new software (e.g., ATS).
• Highly organized, adaptable, and a team player.
• Discretion and confidentiality required.
• Legal work authorization and valid driver's license.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary of $95k - $100k annually, based upon experience
