Our client is moving to Coconut Grove, and we are building a team to support the family in their new home.

We are currently interviewing for the right Butler/Estate Manager who is experienced running a large home, building a team, and has significant experience entertaining. Pay is up to $175,000 plus a bonus, based on performance.

 

We're also seeking an Executive Housekeeper to maintain the family's bedrooms, laundry, packing, and direct other Housekeepers. Compensation is $50 to $60 per hour, dependent on experience.

 

A Senior and Junior Housekeeper to join the Executive Housekeeper's team. Compensation is $35 to $45 per hour, dependent on experience.

 

A Senior Houseman to perform the maintenance and upkeep of the family's cars, terraces, windows, and oversee vendors and a second Houseman, etc. Compensation is $40 to $50 per hour, dependent on experience. Experience working as a window washer is a big plus.
