The Emergency Veterinary Hospital & Specialty Center in Springfield, Oregon, is excited to announce an opportunity for a Board-Certified or Residency Trained Veterinary Dentist to join our team! We are a busy, privately-owned practice that is part of Lakefield Veterinary Group, known for providing exceptional emergency and dentistry care in our community. Our hospital is led by Partner and Medical Director, Dr. Max Rinaldi, a dedicated leader with over a decade of experience at our practice. Dr. Rinaldi is passionate about fostering a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented environment, making this a great opportunity for professionals who value strong mentorship and a healthy, thriving team culture.
Over the last 10 years, we have had a Fellow in the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry, serving the area and accepting referrals in veterinary dentistry at EVH who has recently retired. This is a great opportunity for a board certified veterinary dentist and oral surgeon or a board qualified veterinary dentist and oral surgeon to continue the growth of veterinary dental care at EVH. Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled, compassionate professional who excels in small animal dentistry and oral surgery. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently. A passion for client communication and building relationships with referring veterinarians is essential, as is an enthusiasm for mentoring and teaching, both within the clinic and to the wider veterinary community.

Our facility features a dedicated dental operatory for dental procedures, a modern surgical suite, and a well-established equipped ICU with many years of experience collaborating with the dental service. We work closely with Board-Certified specialists across multiple disciplines, and have an established relationship with a board-certified anesthesiologist, to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
