Contract Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Contract Administrators at various levels to join our dynamic team in supporting federal and state and local government clients. These roles are fully remote. As part of IMRI, you will engage in full lifecycle acquisition and contract management support, ensuring seamless execution from acquisition planning through to contract closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition Planning: Develop comprehensive acquisition plans, aligning with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential vendors and solutions, ensuring competitive and informed decision-making.
  • Solicitation & Award: Assist in the preparation and evaluation of solicitations and manage the award process to secure beneficial contracts.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and facilitating any necessary modifications.
  • Contract Closeout: Execute contract closeout procedures, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documentation is complete.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full lifecycle acquisition and contract management.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in contract management or related fields are a plus.
