Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping and Receiving Associate will perform tasks involved in the shipping and receiving of commercial and industrial insulation products. This includes preparing product and paperwork for delivery and shipment and receiving incoming product. The right candidate will assist with the production of finished product as needed and must follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

This is a first shift, full-time position in a friendly and fast-paced environment.  The work schedule is either Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm or Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. 

The job responsibilities are:

• Prepare the paperwork required for distribution and shipping of products.
• Load all product onto trucks for delivery.
• Receive all goods into inventory – place product in appropriate stock location.
• Package the products per procedures and prepare for shipment and delivery.
• Assists in periodic inventory counts.
• Operate a forklift.
• Other duties as assigned

We require minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping and receiving environment as well as experience operating a forklift with previous certifications.
