Service Administrator

Bobcat of Michiana is currently seeking a Service Administrator at our Elkhart, IN facility.  The service coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in answering in-coming service calls and handling each encounter appropriately to assist customer's needs. Assisting in creation of workorders, invoicing, organization and closing of workorders. This position will be responsible for entering in technicians time entries as well as notifying customers for equipment pick-up and collecting payment upon service completion.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding the customer's expectations
• Honor commitments to customers and internal team members
• Work orders and status changes to work orders must be opened, updated, and completed in real time to allow team members access to current and precise information.  An incoming service call should generate a work order in the system during the call with the customer
• Taking customer service calls
• Work effectively as a team member
• Input service write-up on completed work orders and ensure all parts have been added to the work order.

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience required
• Dispatching, automotive parts or material handling industry experience helpful
• Prior experience with scheduling and billing software a plus
• Must possess excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn the business system software utilized by the department.
• Proficient in running queries in the dealership's business system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite
• Ability to quickly learn to work with OEM information systems.
