Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee second-shift warehouse and logistics operations at Dianne’s Fine Desserts (a Dessert Holdings company) in Newburyport, MA.
- Monday – Thursday, second shift
- $70 – 85K (+ bonus)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interface daily with Procurement and Production to maintain production efficiencies, product availability, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate LTL common carrier deliveries and investigate new methods of shipping our product.
- Maintain integrity of temperature-sensitive raw materials and finished goods utilizing Company standards and ensuring accuracy in Microsoft D365 to ensure accurate financials.
- Ensure inspection of all inbound and outbound trucks, using established shipping and receiving procedures, to ensure the highest quality products go to our customers.
- Participate in the GFSI/FSSC22000 yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions as needed.
- Support and execute Manufacturing Operating System initiatives and manager critical KPIs for the team.
- Participate in meetings and safety initiatives as part of the facility management team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required (a degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field referred)
- At least two years of supervisory experience, at least 5 years is preferred
- APICS or other affiliation preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Prior experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, hands-on attitude, analytical skills, takes initiative, solves problems
