Personal Assistant
The President of a global luxury consumer goods company is seeking a sophisticated, experienced Personal Assistant with superior organizational skills and strong operational aptitude to provide personal support in the office in Tribeca.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and right-hand to the principal, managing all personal and business-related matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Complex calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling, email, and phone correspondence.
- Handle all communications, organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle documents, emails and sensitive, confidential information and ensure action/attention required is addressed.
- Detailed and thorough travel coordination and itinerary planning for both domestic and international, including the logistical arrangements with drivers.
- Schedule meetings based on a complex calendar(s).
- Maintain an awareness of the executive's obligations to anticipate needs.
- Personal Assistant responsibilities include booking reservations, coordinating personal travel, managing events, picking up/dropping off dry cleaning, gift buying, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years’ experience supporting a in demand executive.
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing needs.
- Serve as gatekeeper to manage correspondence, screen telephone calls, and respond quickly and accurately to voicemail or email messages.
- Arrange, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on personal and professional appointments.
- Research, compile information, and prepare reports; summaries and reply to inquiries.
- Manage and update a current database that includes friends, business contacts, and relatives to include phone numbers, addresses, birthdays, and other special events.
- Prepare correspondence; compose/respond to emails and invites.
- Run errands, both business and personal.
- A global citizen with significant travel experience and a refined sense of taste and style.
Schedule:
Generally, Monday – Friday, with Friday. Flexibility to work additional hours and weekend days as needed.
Compensation:
Compensation of $150,000+ with excellent benefits offered. The principals are committed to offering competitive compensation for the right candidate.
