Qualifications:Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in Endangered Species Act Section 7 consultation work OR BA/BS Degree in Fish and wildlife management or biology OR Previously completed training in Section 7 training - Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Duties:The personnel will have the skills in (1) the writing of Standing Analysis and Determination Key documents for all listed species in 23 states in the Continental US (and Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam) in 18 months; and (2) the developing of Automated Concurrence and Technical Assistance Letters through IPaC Projects. The Contractor personnel may also aid other informal and form Section 7 Consultations - Writing Standing Analysis for species pursuant to Section 7 of the ESA. 15%
- Writing DKeys for species pursuant to Section 7 of the ESA. 40%
- Writing automated concurrence and technical assistance letters through IPaC. 10%
- Writing informal and form Section 7 consultation documents. 10%
- Identifying the best available scientific and commercial data. 25%
Other:- Physical requirements: Work will be done entirely remote from home office
