An executive family with three young children residing in Montecito, CA, is seeking a highly experienced Housekeeper to join their established team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing households of a high standard and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a distinguished family. Immediate interviews are available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care for the home, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Manage organizational projects and laundry
• Perform deep cleaning and maintain household order
• Assist with other household tasks as required
• Expertly care for fine furnishings, materials, and art

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in a luxury home environment
• Knowledgeable in the care of delicate furnishings and high-end materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong references from past employers.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Generally, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed. The family is also open to a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday.
• Competitive salary up to $85,000, depending on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and health coverage
• Overtime is available if desired
