Human Resources Generalist

Amphenol is one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world. The Company designs, manufactures and markets electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat-ribbon cable, and interconnect systems. The primary end markets for the Company's products are communications and information processing markets, including cable television, cellular telephone and data communication and information processing systems; aerospace and military electronics; and automotive, rail and other transportation and industrial applications.

 

Position: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Nashua, NH

 

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally.

 

Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset
• Support business units through all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Immigration, Safety, Compensation, Communications, Training
• Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving capabilities with strong organization, sound decision-making and consistent application of policies
• Represent both the company and the employee in work-related matters
• Assist with Human Resource projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Human Resources experience preferred
• Bachelors degree is preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information, multi-task and show a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications
• Microsoft Dynamics AX or DayForce experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization
