Key Responsibilities:

  • Create reports, maintain accounts receivables reports, filing, scanning, and document management
  • Support month-end process and closing cycles in accounting
  • Process construction bills, generate sales tax reports, and handle other billing duties as needed
  • Enter new projects into company software and assist in setting up new projects and customers
  • Manage accounts receivable duties, including collections and tracking payments
  • Serve as a backup for the Commercial Billing/AR Coordinator and Construction Project Coordinator
  • Maintain a professional image by adhering to safety policies, ethical standards, and exhibiting a courteous demeanor
  • Review and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support short- and long-term business solutions

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • 2 years of billing and/or accounts payable/receivable or construction admin experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential financial information
