Digitization Specialist – Temporary Position

UB Greensfelder has an immediate opening for a Digitization Specialist for our downtown Cleveland, Ohio location. This role is on-site.

This is an entry-level temporary position.  Students are welcome to apply.

The Digitization Specialist Job Duties Include:

• Assist with the scanning of files into digital format.
• Assist HR department personnel with clerical tasks
• Take on other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions if needed.
• Ability to set reasonable priorities and manage time and deadline driven workload.
• Ability to file and quickly learn office processes.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move files on a daily basis.
