Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives from concept through completion. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex system implementations and migrations—particularly with platforms such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and PIMS (Practice or Patient Information Management Systems).

Experience with Monday.com for project planning, tracking, and reporting is essential.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with organizational goals

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close projects related to enterprise system implementations and migrations.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans using Monday.com, including timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
  • Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, updates, and communications with executive sponsors and functional leaders.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and user adoption strategies.
  • Oversee testing, training, go-live activities, and post-launch support phases.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, timelines, and budget constraints.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in technology or system implementation.
  • Proven experience managing projects involving ATS, HRIS, ERP, CRM, or PIMS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Monday.com for project tracking, dashboards, and collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Preferred:

  • Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Background in business analysis or technical implementation support.

 

Job Type: Full Time Salaried Exempt
Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000
Location: Can be remote
