Position Summary
The Information Security Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding DENSO TEN's digital assets by proactively detecting and mitigating threats, conducting compliance audits, and ensuring the overall security posture of the organization. This position leads cross-functional security initiatives, including monthly security committee meetings, and plays a key part in risk assessment, incident response, and continuous improvement of security controls.
Key Responsibilities

Detect, contain, and mitigate threats to intellectual property and sensitive data.

Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and coordinate remediation efforts.

Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Recommend and implement improvements to enhance data protection and network security.

Coordinate and lead security committee meetings to address ongoing risks and strategies.

Track and escalate data protection activities, including coordination with corporate and parent companies.

Provide evidence of compliance to internal/external auditors and regulators.

Analyze trends to identify weaknesses in security alerting and testing platforms.

Support new security technology evaluations, implementations, and operations.

Stay informed on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging cybersecurity technologies.

May be directed by top management to lead/coordinate special security-related projects.
Education & Experience
-
Minimum Education: Associate of Science (AS) in Computer & Information Science or related field

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline

Experience: 2–4 years in:

Security audits and policy control assessments

Incident detection and response
-
Leading cross-departmental security committees

Security application setup and monitoring

Team collaboration on enterprise-wide security efforts
Certifications (Preferred)
