14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator Instructor

Contingent upon contract award, Tec-Masters, Inc. is seeking 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator instructors to support the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Fort Sill, OK.

Responsibilities Include :

1. Follow approved Programs of Instruction (POI) to teach the Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer course to standards.
2. Scope of instruction includes Air Missile Defense (AMD) C4I characteristics, capabilities, operational functions and system integration utilizing current training material and C4I components of the Forward Area Air Defense, Sentinel Radar, AMDPCS and ADAM Cell.
3. Conduct training  on Divisional Air Defense (DivAD) which includes: Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD) Engagement Operations (EO), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS), and Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI).
4. Instruct all subjects related to the operations of the 14G MOS
5. Administer examinations, evaluate test results, correlate test results of student ability and provide recommendations to academic deficiency panels on changes and student status.
6. Update POI, lessons plans and training aids as needed.
7. Analyze training materials to ensure instructional techniques are effective and efficient.
8. Implement software program changes to existing operational programs and introduce new equipment into the training program as needed.
9. Validate instruction prior to implementation.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of 14G MOS qualified course.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the 14G ADA MOS
3. Possess SECRET Security Clearance.
4. Possess the ability to become instructor certified (certification available after hire).
5. Be able to provide the following:
   • DD Form 214
   • Enlisted Records Brief (ERB)/Warrant/Officer Records Brief
   • 14G10 Air Defense Battle Management System Operator Course
