Simulations Operator/ Role-Player (updated)

TecMaster's Inc. requires part time personnel to perform responsibilities as simulations operators supporting the Fires Battle Lab on Ft. Sill Oklahoma 7 July 2025 through 1 August 2025, (160 Hours). Personnel will be hired on a consultation basis and be responsible for their own travel arrangements. Personnel will be required to work FOUR (4) fifty-hour work weeks.

Personnel must have eight (8) years military experience, or proven experience as an FBL data collector and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Personnel will operate Army simulations and mission command systems. They will be provided with training on the operation of the simulation system to achieve proficiency sufficient to successfully perform all role-related tasks for the assigned position. Personnel may be required to support the analytical objectives of the experiment by operational plans, completing surveys, questionnaires, providing comments and attending After Action Reviews (AAR) as required to support experimentation outcomes.
