14E10 Instructor

Contingent upon contract award, Tec-Masters, Inc. is seeking a 14E10 Instructor to instruct the Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer course at Fort Sill, OK.

Responsibilities Include :

1. Follow approved Programs of Instruction (POI) to teach the Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer course to standards.
2. Scope of instruction includes Patriot Missile System, C41 systems, C2 Systems, STC, environmental control unit, and prime power unit. Other related training shall consist of missile reload, principle of operation, preventative maintenance of Radar Set, Electric Power Plan/Electric Power Unit, and/or Athenna Mast Group.
3. Instruct on all subjects related to the operations of the 14E MOS.
4. Administer examinations, evaluate test results, correlate test results of student ability and provide recommendations to academic deficiency panels on changes and student status.
5. Update POI, lessons plans and training aids as needed.
6. Analyze training materials to ensure instructional techniques are effective and efficient.
7. Implement software program changes to existing operational programs and introduce new equipment into the training program as needed.
8. Validate instruction prior to implementation.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of 14E MOS qualified course.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the 14E ADA MOS
3. Possess SECRET Security Clearance.
4. Possess the ability to become instructor certified (certification available after hire).
5. Be able to provide the following:
   • DD Form 214
   • Enlisted Records Brief (ERB)/Warrant/Officer Records Brief
   • Certificate of Completion (ADA MOS Qualified)
