Senior Manager, Client Services and Lifestyle Team
Senior Manager, Client Services and Lifestyle Team
Detroit, MI | $170,000–$190,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A boutique investment firm headquartered in Detroit, MI is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services and Lifestyle Team to lead and elevate a newly created team dedicated to delivering white-glove, end-to-end lifestyle management for the firm's managing director, partners, senior executives, and their families.
This is not your traditional executive support role. We are looking for a refined, culturally fluent, and highly resourceful leader with a deep understanding of the expectations and nuances of serving top tier executives. From private shopping experiences on Madison Avenue, last-minute luxury travel arrangements, to securing reservations at Michelin-starred restaurants in NYC, Detroit, or D.C.—you instinctively know what excellence looks like and how to deliver it.
You've walked the floors of Bergdorf Goodman with a client, called in favors to get front-row at a sold-out show, arranged curated experiences at the Master's, and have a trusted network of concierges, art advisors, and elite service providers. You think globally, implement with efficiency, and take great pride in anticipating needs before they're even voiced.
What You'll Do:
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing lifestyle services team
- Deliver 360° luxury lifestyle support—from private travel, bespoke gifting, curated events, to day-to-day logistics
- Cultivate a best-in-class experience marked by discretion, precision, and personalized service
- Establish best practices, SOPs, and systems to manage requests and track execution
- Curate and maintain a digital "black book" of elite vendors, service partners, and high-touch experiences
- Train and mentor, your team to ensure they embody the highest level of service culture
Who You Are:
- An experienced leader with a concierge, hospitality, luxury brand, or private office background
- A natural coach and mentor
- Intuitively understand the lifestyle and expectations of elite clients and the ultra-high net worth world
- Well-traveled, impeccably polished, and discreet with an eye for detail and refinement
- A strong communicator and natural problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, high-stakes environment
- Able to manage multiple moving parts with grace, even when plans change on a dime
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but deep industry expertise and connections speak louder than diplomas
Schedule & Culture:
- Primarily Monday–Friday, standard business hours with flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend requests
- Based in Detroit, with occasional travel or remote coordination across NYC, Washington, D.C., and beyond
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive salary: $170,000–$190,000 based on experience
- Annual discretionary bonus
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- An opportunity to shape a legacy-level service team in a growing and dynamic private firm
- Relocation allowance for the right candidate
