B. QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of agency specific office procedures and methods. Computer Skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to understand and interpret written materials. Ability to perform basic bookkeeping and banking transactions. Ability to prepare all related reports. Ability to use agency specific software. Knowledge of basic English and grammar usage. Ability to operate all office machines. Paraprofessional Credential, experience working in community-based settings for a minimum of 2 years, or Certified Peer Specialist or eligible for CPS certification.
(Physical) No lifting of more than 20 pounds.

G. SPECIAL NEEDS OF POPULATION SERVED
Work requires the knowledge and skills necessary to provide direct client services appropriate
to adults with mental health diagnoses and/or addictive diseases diagnosis ages 18+ who are persistently and chronically mentally ill and/or have addiction.
Staff should be able to:
- Complete all agency and related trainings initially and annually
- Understand and abide by DBHDD contract guidelines and service requirements
- Provide collaborative documentation
- Keep all credentials and certificates up to date
- Participate with fellow employees in a respectful and professional manner
- Abide by productivity standards
- Assist with community and stakeholder collaboration
- ASSIGNED DUTIES
Duties Include:
- Report to direct supervisor and assist with ensuring program always operates within the service guideline standards.
- Running required reports
- Submits Engagement spreadsheet to supervisor on a weekly basis.
- Deliver Engagement services and documentation such as linkage to services/resources
- Provide group services as needed
- Maintain 50% of productivity.
- Maintains training requirements 100%
- Other duties as assigned
