Corporate Associate - Commercial Transactions

UB Greensfelder LLP is seeking an associate to join our Corporate Practice Group focusing primarily on energy and franchise matters in the Chicago or St. Louis office. An Illinois or Missouri law license is a requirement.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

• 2+ years of transactional experience, with a background in corporate/M&A, franchise or real estate matters is required.
• Experience preparing franchise disclosure documents (FDD) and franchise agreements is preferred.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
