The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the internal warehouse and the outside external distribution center (operated by a 3PL). This role ensures that all logistics activities align with company goals and customer requirements, maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
Internal Warehouse Management Role includes:
- Primary interface for effective and timely coordination of all Logistics daily operational goals for maximized output
- Oversee and Coordination of custom clearances processes
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient material flow
- Lead the local warehouse team: define priorities, allocate tasks, and drive performance
- Responsibility to maintain inventory accuracy and coverage through system-driven processes and analysis to maintain positive Inventory Turns
- Optimize material flow and warehouse layout in alignment with business needs
- Promote automation and system-based processes to enhance operational efficiency
3PL Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the 3PL provider.
- Ensure compliance with existing contracts and agreed ways of working (SOP's for warehouse, transport, customs) through KPIs and structured business reviews
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the 3PL against established SLAs.
- Conduct regular performance review meetings with the 3PL to address issues and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure 3PL compliance with Andrew's cycle count policy, including inventory adjustments and disposition approvals.
- Maintain business continuity by reviewing 3PL headcount and resource levels to meet Andrew operational requirements
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as internal and external order fulfillment, Revenue backlog, quality, order accuracy, on-time delivery and Expenses
- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop targeted action plans for improvement
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics operations and enhance service internal and external service levels.
Key Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as and not limited to; Planning, Operations, Procurement, Transportation, Finance to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and escalations.
- Proactively address and resolve logistics-related issues or customer complaints, both internal and external
Support & Implement New Service Capabilities:
- Participate in ad hoc programs to assess requirements for new customer programs that require changes to standard processes.
- Develop Design and implement processes, tools, and system changes enhancements to support evolving service capabilities.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
Reporting & Communications:
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reporting to senior management, covering both to review internal and external operations performance metrics.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- 7+ years of work experience in distribution management, operations, and logistics, preferably with experience managing 3PL relationships.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Knowledge on Custom clearance processes
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as: WMS, SAP TMS, and reporting tools.
- Strong Project management skills to oversee logistics projects and initiatives.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification(s) in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
