As a PSSR Manager, you'll guide and inspire a team of Product Support Sales Representatives to meet sales targets, strengthen customer relationships, and represent Southeastern's full suite of aftermarket solutions. You'll:
Lead and manage a high-performing team of PSSRs across multiple branches.
Develop and implement sales strategies for parts, service, and equipment support.
Collaborate with marketing to create promotions and sales tools.
Drive performance through coaching, accountability, and regular performance reviews.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
Manage department budgets and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Travel extensively (60%+) to support your team and connect with customers.

You're a leader who knows how to motivate and grow a team, with a strong background in sales and operations. You enjoy building customer trust and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve problems. You bring:
5+ years' experience in sales or operational management (multi-territory experience preferred)
High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS degree preferred
Experience in the heavy equipment or dealership industry (strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering value
Tech-savvy: Salesforce, Excel, and other CRM or reporting platforms
