About Us:

Encanto Pet Clinic has been proudly serving the cats and dogs of the Tucson community since 1999. Our newly renovated, full-service facility—spanning 4550sqft—is thoughtfully designed to support high-quality veterinary care and team collaboration.
Our clinic features a dedicated dental suite, a spacious and collaborative DVM office, and ample room for our doctors to practice gold-standard medicine while continuing to grow professionally.

What We Offer:

• Flexible Scheduling Options: Full-time benefits starting at just 30 hours per week.
• Competitive Compensation: $130,000-$160,000 for experienced veterinarians. Includes a generous sign-on and relocation bonus.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Health (medical, dental, vision), life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, CE allowance with additional PTO, license and dues reimbursement, uniform allowance, and more.
